1. Hang tag design

2. Film:

The film is printed on the PC film through the equipment after the layout is designed. This kind of film is called film, and it can be printed on the machine only with the PS version of the film. This is the negative of tag printing, and it is also an indispensable step in printing.

3. Proofing:

Proofing is to make samples of products before batch printing, so that printing is carried out after confirmation. If problems are found after proofing, they can be adjusted in time. The sample must be confirmed by the customer, so as to see whether it can achieve the effect required by the customer. There are generally three kinds of proofing methods, namely, proofing machine proofing, simple proofing, and digital proofing.

4. Imposition:

Imposition is also known as "layout" or "layout". It is the second step in manual typesetting. Because the sizes of tags are different, not all tags are regular paper, so this process is required. . If it is formally closed, the finished product can be placed within the appropriate paper opening range during imposition, which can save a lot of costs for the enterprise.

5. Printing:

Photocopying is what we call exposure, that is, copying film, sulfuric acid paper, etc. with pictures and texts, and the pictures and texts can be photocopied onto materials such as screen plates coated with photosensitive materials through exposure.

6. On-machine printing:

Getting on the machine is to talk about the work after all the previous programs are ready. During the process of getting on the machine, just pay attention to fix the PS version and adjust the ink.

7. Post-press processing:

This is a process after the printing is completed, and many procedures are carried out here, such as lamination, creasing, threading, etc.
